Liverpool Ladies duo Martha Harris and Kate Longhurst visited Childwall Sports Academy in the city this week to join in with the newly-formed MumBall coaching sessions for parents. MumBall was the brainchild of two mums who teamed up together to offer football fitness sessions for women looking to get healthy.
